Our Terms
At Wedding Trading Company we have a real passion for pretty things and all things to do with weddings. It is very important to us that your experience of ordering and receiving your purchases is a delight. Wedding planning is stressful and if we can give you a moments pleasure when you open the box that has arrived from us, we will be happy.

How to shop at Wedding Trading Company
Our boutique is divided into several categories listed on the left hand side of the page, just browse through the shop and add any items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. When you are ready, you can review your shopping basket and click on the checkout button. We will ask you for a few details to complete your order.
Once the order has been accepted, you will receive an automated email from us entitled 'Wedding Trading Company - order confirmation'. This will give a clear breakdown of your order.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it if you wish. However, if the order has already been dispatched, the unwanted items will need to be returned at your expense.
Delivery
We send out most orders within 2 working days but please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive. If you need your order in a hurry, please email us at info@weddingtradingcompany.com and we will do everything we can to speed it up.
Standard UK delivery is free. We send items first class recorded mail for packages under 1.5kg and by Parcelforce for heavier items. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please consider this when providing your delivery address.
We are able to send items overseas weighing no more than 2kg using the Royal Mail International Signed For service. Delivery times and prices may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Royal Mail tracks all International Signed For items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item.
If your order weighs over 2kg we will contact you to inform you of your opions and any additional charges before the payment is taken.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. Every item we sell we would love to have ourselves but if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the product, please do so in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. Please indicate on the delivery note whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office and ensure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Return postage will be refunded if any of the goods arrived damaged or are faulty.
Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned to us.
Security
Protx is our payment provider. They are one of the largest secure payment service providers offering secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions.
All transaction information is encrypted. We do not hold any credit card information.
Privacy
Any information you give us to enable us to fulfil your order is totally secure and we will not disclose your details to anyone unless required to do so by law. Please view our separate Privacy Policy on this site.
Mailing list
Please do join our mailing list and from time to time we may email you with details of new products, services and promotions we think may interest you. We will always remove addresses from our address list when requested to do so.

Wedding Trading Company asks you, its customer, to supply various personal information when creating an account, placing an order and when contacting us. This information is used only for the purpose of communicating with you regarding orders, fulfilling orders and we may occasionally contact you with details of offers and promotions we think may interest you.
All personal information is treated as private and confidential and we do not disclose any information to other companies or third parties. We do not distribute our customers information to be used in surveys or mailing lists, or for any other purpose outside of Wedding Trading Company in accordance with the data protection legislation in the UK.
Wedding Trading Company use 'cookies' to save your user name and password to allow easy access to our site. 'Cookies' are a way of saving a small amount of personal data. If you share your computer, we advise you not to use 'cookies'.
